Stephanie says... "We chose to have a very traditional wedding with a red and white colour scheme. Daniel's mum made all of our table decorations and dressed the reception room for us, making it look absolutely amazing. "It also felt very special to have my aunt attend. She's battling cancer at the moment, and it meant a lot to me to have her there with us. "In the evening we arranged for a band called After Dark to play, which was brilliant and really got the party started. We also had fun with the speeches. Everyone placed bets on how long each speech would last, and I was delighted when the winner announced he would donate the money to Cancer Research. "Overall we were very lucky because we had great weather on the day and everything ran smoothly. So many of our guests said it was 'the best day ever', which made it seem even more special."

Nicola says... "A memorable part of our wedding day was when my seven-year-old daughter gave a speech to our guests on something she had heard my husband say. It was hilarious and so unexpected - everyone really enjoyed it. My two sons, who are autistic, also brought me to tears with a lovely reading. I was so surprised and touched; it's something I never thought they would do, and it meant the world to both of us. "The whole day was full of happiness and laughter and everybody enjoyed themselves, which was really important to us. I'm so happy to be Adam's wife and just wish I could do it all over again."

Carly says... "We enjoyed every moment of our day; smiling and laughing throughout, which sums up our relationship completely. We also had the most amazing wedding cake that I found on the internet. I had to travel 100 miles to pick it up from the bakers in Birmingham, but it was Disney themed and a true work of art. "I really enjoyed the father and daughter dance too, after arranging a great surprise for my dad. He is a massive fan of Madness so we asked the DJ to play Baggy Trousers. It was a hilarious moment, which the video footage and photos captured perfectly."

In brief Couple: Natalie Ding & Michael Frost Date: 30th May Venue: Hitchin Priory Colour scheme: Orange

Natalie says... "A memorable part of our big day was when we cut the cake because my mum and other members of the family all sang We've Only Just Begun by The Carpenters - it was such a special moment. "After our meal my husband walked me down into the atrium where there was a steel band playing, which was a complete surprise because, although we had talked about booking a band, I'd never got round to it. But knowing Michael is a big Elvis fan, I had also organised a surprise of my own! I had arranged for a family member to dress up as the King and perform - he was absolutely brilliant and it went down really well with all of the guests. "I would sum up our big day as the most amazing, love-filled day of my life. Everybody that was special to us was there, which made us realise how lucky we are to have such amazing family and friends."
